The 2nd was modified, but the 1st is still pending, after almost 10 months. I've been ready to drop this company because they haven't helped me, but they've stated that they helped me get to a "forebearance" agreement stage, so they get to keep the money. You ought to get legal advice from an attorney licensed in your state before you agree to such an important thing.

If you think you were defrauded or cheated in some way - first ask for your money back. Unlike the residential loans, which ultimately were modified, at a loss to the lenders, the lenders did not want to recognize the solution and acted slowly leading to further problems. One soltution might be for the bank to discount up to 50% of the balance of the loan only if the borrower can provide cash to pay off the balance of the loan in full. This will stimulate the commercial owners to have a stake in paying off the banks as opposed to dragging on the process.elevatehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15053098216524638070noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1370320861828703698.post-34828166531598176282009-08-19T21:50:06.400-07:002009-08-19T21:50:06.400-07:00Ted,
